Drywall Arch Installation Instructions: ULTRA ARCH Outside 90

TIPS  When removing ULTRA ARCH from the box, hold product at the center so that it does not kink. When storing ULTRA ARCH corner trim, lay boxes flat on the floor. Leaning boxes against a wall will eventually cause the corners to warp. For more consistent coverage of ULTRA ARCH’s perforated flanges, cut a piece of NO-COAT ULTRATRIM 3/4" Bullnose corner trim and use it as a trowel when applying the second coat of All-Purpose joint compound.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a 4-6” taping knife, apply a liberal amount of All-Purpose joint compound to the drywall archway.

2. Center ULTRA ARCH OUTSIDE 90 on the drywall archway and press into place. The joint tape side (with the NO-COAT logo) of the corner goes against the drywall. With same knife, set arch flanges by skimming archway radius.

3. Using our ULTRATOOL OUTSIDE 90 Roller, squeeze out excess joint compound.

4. Using a 6” – 8” finishing knife, skim over the corner trim with All-Purpose joint compound once more. Let dry. Sand and paint.
