• When removing ULTRA ARCH from the box, hold product at the center so that it does not kink. When storing ULTRA ARCH corners, lay boxes flat on the floor. Leaning boxes against a wall will eventually cause the corners to warp.  
   

• For more consistent coverage of ULTRA ARCH’s perforated flanges, cut a piece of NO-COAT ULTRATRIM 3/4" Bullnose corner trim and use it as a trowel when applying the second coat of All-Purpose joint compound.

1. Using a 4-6” taping knife, apply a liberal amount of All-Purpose joint compound to the drywall archway.

2. Center ULTRA ARCH 3/8" Bullnose corner trim on the drywall archway and press into place. With same knife, set arch flanges by skimming drywall archway radius.

3. Using our ULTRATOOL WIDE OUTSIDE 90 & BULLNOSE Roller, squeeze out excess joint compound.

4. Using a 6” – 8” finishing knife, skim over the corner with All-Purpose joint compound once more. Let dry. Sand and paint.
